What is the minimum order quantity?
Stronger and Strongest tier orders start at 100 units. Strong tier starts at 500 units. There is no setup fee, no die charge, and no charge for variable data, sequential numbering, or full-color logo printing.
How long do Strong Asset Tags last?
Strong-tier polyester tags last up to 2 years outdoors. Stronger-tier laminated vinyl lasts 2 to 5 years outdoors. Strongest-tier 12-mil plastic with 6-mil overlaminate lasts 5+ years outdoors and has been field-tested on bulldozer steel treads without failure. Every environment is different, with variable levels of exposure to UV and contaminants, so there is no guarantee as to the longevity of our tags.
What surfaces will the tags stick to?
The permanent adhesive used on our Strongest tier bonds permanently to powdercoat, painted steel, polyethylene, polypropylene, anodized aluminum, glass, and rough cast metal. Stronger-tier bonds to most smooth surfaces. Strong-tier requires smooth, clean, dry, room-temperature surfaces.
Can I get my logo printed on the tag?
Yes. Full-color logo printing is free on Stronger and Strongest tiers. Send any reasonable artwork file (vector preferred, high-resolution raster accepted) and our design team will optimize it for the tag size and quantity at no charge.
Do you produce barcodes, QR codes, and serial numbers?
Yes. We print Code 39, Code 128, UPC, EAN, ITF, GS1, QR, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec, and MaxiCode. Sequential numbering, prefix-controlled ranges, and variable data from your spreadsheet are all free.
Are the tags weatherproof?
Stronger and Strongest tiers are fully weatherproof with overlaminate, rated -40°F to 250°F continuous service, UV-stable for 5+ years, and waterproof under standard industrial washdown.
Are Strong Asset Tags made in the USA?
Yes. Every tag is printed, laminated, and die-cut in central Florida. No offshore production.
How fast do you ship?
Standard turnaround is 5 business days after artwork approval. Rush production is available for time-critical orders.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Order samples of any tier through the samples page. We ship the actual material in the format and size you would use, so you can field-test before committing.
What's the difference between Strong, Stronger, and Strongest?
Strong is 2-mil polyester with thermal-transfer print, rated for indoor and short-term outdoor use. Stronger is 5-mil laminated vinyl with full-color print under an overlaminate, rated 2 to 5 years outdoors. Strongest is 12-mil plastic with permanent adhesive and a 6-mil overlaminate, rated 5+ years outdoors on punishing surfaces like powdercoat.
